To Define Comments Tracking Settings

Follow these steps to define Comments Tracking plugin settings.
  1. From the Launchpad, click the Configuration icon ( ). Configuration options appear.
  2. Locate the Application group.
  3. Click System Settings.
    The Settings page appears. For example,
  4. From the Navigation menu on the left, select Comments Tracking. For example,
  5. Select one setting that you want to define:
    Setting Details
    Comments tracking Admin permission roles To define which user role(s) have Comments Tracking Administrator permissions
    Tip: Separate multiple values with commas.
    Consolidator Task Names To set the default title for Consolidator tasks, for example, "T4-Consolidate"
    Default Decision for Comments created from IR Issues To set the default decision for Comments that are created from Issue Resolution issues
    Default Note Priority for Comment Responses To define the priority for Notes on Comment responses.
    Issue Resolution statuses to indicate publishing to CT Comments To define priority Code for Notes on Comment responses.
    Note: This field is case-sensitive and must match the value exactly as defined and named in AssetWise Director.
    Tip: Separate multiple values with commas.
    Issue Resolution status indicating that an IR issue has been copied to a CT Comment To define the status to indicate that an Issue Resolution issue has been copied to a Comments Tracking comment
    Task classes on which IR to CT server actions are processed To define the Task Classes on which IR to CT server actions are processed
    Tip: Separate multiple values with commas.
    Issue Resolution statuses to display in the ALIM UI To define which Issue Resolution statuses appear in the user interface
    Tip: Separate multiple values with commas.
    Base URL for the Issue Resolution REST API To set the URL for the Issue Resolution REST API
    Base URL for the Issue Resolution WSG Forms To set the URL for the Issue Resolution WSG forms
    Base URL for the Issue Resolution Web Service To set the URL for the Issue Resolution web service
    Lead Reviewer Task Names To set the default title for Lead Reviewer tasks, for example, " T2-LEADREV"
    Base URL for The CONNECT PDF Markup Application To set the URL for the Bentley PDF Share application
    Note: This setting requires that the Comments Tracking database is installed.
    Base URL for the Design Insights Application To set the Base URL for the Design Insights application
    Note: This setting requires that the Comments Tracking database is installed.
    Base URL for the Issue Resolution Application To set the URL for the Issue Resolution application
    Base URL for the Design Validation Application To set the URL for the Design Validation application
    Note: This setting requires that the Comments Tracking database is installed.
  6. From the Actions menu, select Change setting.
  7. In the Setting value box, enter a valid value for the current setting.
  8. Repeat steps 5 to 6 for each setting that you want to define.
  9. When you are finished, click Save ( ).
